LA - Caldwell 240 acres +/-
Check out this large tract of land in the western part of Caldwell Parish. There are 72 +/- acres of timber and 168+/- acres that were cleared around three years ago. While taking pictures of this land, I rode up on two gobblers in the middle of this tract. Woods surround it for miles, and this a game-rich area full of Deer, turkeys, and hogs. This land sits about a quarter mile north of Hwy 126 West. and around 12 miles from the town of Grayson. There isn't deeded access to this land, but Weyerhaeuser has a road leading to it. A Slough is on this land that should have wood ducks on it during the winter months. The terrain is rolling and consists of Sacul fine sandy loam soils.
