The Calhoun 120 Tract (#29 & #59) is located approximately 7 ½ miles north of Hampton on the eastern frontage of Highway 167. The property is described as the SW ¼ of the SW ¼ of Section 20 and the W ½ of the NW ¼ of Section 29, Township 12 South, Range 13 West, Calhoun County, Arkansas.
The tract has excellent access with about ¾ of a mile of frontage along the eastern side Highway 167 and over ¼ of a mile of gravel Calhoun County Road #53 passing through the northern half of the property. The tract has electric utilities along the highway frontage and along the gravel road passing through the tract offering opportunities for building or subdivision.

Approximately 100 acres of the tract contains a very well established 2006 Pine Plantation, now entering its 4th growing season. The site preparation included a rolling chop mechanical treatment in the fall of 2005 followed a site prep burn. The site was planted in January of 2006 with Weyerhaeuser 2nd Generation Atlantic Coastal seedlings. An herbaceous weed control treatment of 4 oz of Arsenal and 2 oz of Oust was applied in April of 2006. In October of 2008, the stand was released with 16 oz of Arsenal and 1 oz of Escort to control competing hardwood. Presently the site is very well stocked with pine trees averaging 5-8 feet in height.
The stream management zones, which pass through the center of the property and along the south border, are stocked with a stand of mixed oak and gum sawtimber and pulpwood. These stream management zones offer good corridors for wildlife, enhancing the hunting opportunities across the tract.
The topography is rolling with silt loam and fine sandy loam soils and an average site index for loblolly pine of 76 feet (Base Age 50), per the NCSS Web Soil Survey. A small creek passes through the property.
