50 +/- Ac FM 880

This approx. 50 acre property is very heavily wooded with a variety of Oak trees, some Cedar and a few Mesquites and lots of brush. There is 1 stock pond toward the SW corner of the property but plenty of places to build another one. Some of the property (closer to the road) seems to have been used as a caliche pit in years past and could be shaped into a large tank or small lake. There is about 50 feet of elevation drop from east to west but you'd never know with all of the trees to look through. There is an abandoned pipeline that runs through the middle of the property SE to NW and would make a great shooting lane with a little clearing work.
