Tract 1
140 acres with approximately 30 acres tillable and currently in beans. This tract has frontage and access off County Rd. 1034 along the north side of the farm. The balance of this tract is in permanent pasture and mature timber. There is a nice, well stocked lake on this tract, with a shore side shelter, that provides a great place for family gatherings or just relaxing.
