OFFERING #3 - This offering consists of 7.5231 acres of mostly open land located off of Hardscuffle Rd. in Hillsville VA. This property is primarily open and a small, wooded portion. Zoned General Commercial. No sewer available. Water access is across the street and will have to have lines run under the road.
