Back half of building is currently leased as professional office space. This was completely remodeled in 2006. All environmentally ECO friendly replaced original materials. The street level of the front half of the building houses two art galleries, a music store, and a small storage space. The front gallery underwent a complete remodel after a water pipe broke. A stone fireplace was put in, as well as a new heating system. The tin ceiling was taken down, the ceiling was repaired with sheetrock that meets the new fire guidelines, and the tin ceiling was reinstalled.
Exterior landscaping was updated, including the use of large boulders and gravel, and a private fence was installed in 2012 by an artistic local welder.
