Bidding Procedure
The property is being offered in two individual tracts. Bidding will open at 10AM on Wednesday, February 10th and close at 2PM on Thursday, February 11th with a soft close, meaning that a bid placed on an individual tract within the final 3 minutes of bidding will extend bidding for an additional 3 minutes on that individual tract.
