While the aerial of this Chariton County, Missouri farm may say more "farm income" and less "hunting" at first glance, it would be a mistake to draw that conclusion, and a quick glance at the buck photos with the listing will show you why! In the first week of September, 2025 I got trail camera photos of 3 mature bucks and at least a dozen bucks overall (+ does/fawns) total, many in daylight. This farm is the only *crop* farm in the immediate neighborhood, which not only means deer will be on the property all year round, but if you left some standing corn and beans food plots, you would draw every deer in the neighborhood in the late season!
