Go about 8.1 miles east of the Bermont intersection to mailboxes on the left and Eugene Drive. Turn left here and go north almost 2 miles to a new fence on the right and left. Find a white PVC pipe on the right maybe 8 feet tall. This is about the approximate SW corner of the 5 acres. Go north past the tree with orange tape wrapped around it to a orange tape from a bush on the right. This is the approximate NW corner of the property. Property corners on the east side of the road have an easement of about 30 feet providing easements into the subdivision. Likewise on the west side of the road there is a 30 feet easement making the road easement about 60 feet in width.
