The first question I almost always get about my rural land for sale in Virginia is: "What's it near?"
This 3.9 acres of land isn't near anything, so don't even ask. It's in Charlotte County on a paved state road not far from Phenix, whose claim to fame is pretty much the Dollar General, the Methodist church, the row of old 1980's Gold Wing Interstates rusting in the front of the Auto & Garage Center, and the swanky electronic sign that tells you the actual time of day beside the flagpole and the phthalo-green bench that must have graced the cover of the Uline catalog long enough for the mayor to pick it up at the Cutting Post while he was waiting for his haircut and order one for the town. My apologies to the gentleman in the sunglasses exiting his car in the background, Google Streets has let me down before. It knows no courtesy when it comes to drive-bys. But I digress.
Phenix is a town ...
Phenix is a town in which, much like Harper Lee's Maycomb Alabama, there's no hurry, for there's nowhere to go and nothing to buy, and no money to buy it with. However this little piece of land out in the county is very much for sale, and for quite a little bit of money you can buy it. Lays well, has a cute little pond on it. Survey is done. Soils work is done. There's power at the road. I have several tracts of land for sale here in case you need more. Owner financing available
