The main residence is made up of two authentic 1800s log cabins, carefully relocated from their original sites and thoughtfully reconstructed on a ridge overlooking the propertys one mile of Chattooga River frontage. Rich with character, the home offers two bedrooms, two lofts ideal for bunk space, three full baths, three fireplaces, and a screened porch with an adjoining deck that takes full advantage of the river views. A separate, well-maintained farmhouse provides additional accommodations for guests or extended family, featuring two bedrooms and two full baths, along with a nearby three-car garage.
Beyond the river frontage, the land unfolds with approximately 1,700 feet of both sides of Hinton Creek, a picturesque two-acre pond complete with a bridge leading to a gazebo set on its own island, and roughly 20 acres of open agricultural fields or pasture. The Chattooga River offers excellent opportunities for kayaking and fishing, while an established network of trails winds through old-growth forest and along the riverbank.
