The rolling topography is easy to walk with a great internal road and trail system from past logging activity and from the farming activity. The trails make a great place to ride ATV’s, mountain bike, hike and observe the abundant wildlife from.
At the northwest, south and southwest ends of the property a stream flows through the property. Beavers have created a dam at the south end and have backed up water along the south and southwest boundaries creating ideal conditions for ducks and geese. There were wood ducks and mallards on the beaver pond at the time of inspecting this property. With the farm field above and water below, this just might be an ideal spot to observe or hunt both ducks and geese along with all the other game found here!
The area snowmobile trail also currently runs both the right of way access and the farm field on this property during the winter season. So, this property is literally on the trail. Participating in the trail system is voluntary for all property owners.
The property is just minutes to Peek N Peak for skiing and golfing and to Findley Lake for fishing and boating too!
