There is a limited amount of timber here given the young age of the forest but there will be more in time. For now, there is a great diversity of habitat for all forms of wildlife, especially the deer. There are abundant deer trails throughout the entire property and some massive rubs on large trees in the woods as evidence of one or more “big bruisers” using this property.The east boundary runs approximately along the fence line to a fence corner in the back. The back boundary approximately follows the old fence flagged in pink ribbon currently.
