Besides the stream there are 3 wetland ponds on the property near the south end. The water levels fluctuate here and there is a wooded component to all of them.
There is an existing older gas well on the property and the seller does not believe that they own the rights to it. They will transfer all rights they own but they may not own the oil & gas rights.
The property has more than 2,800 feet of road frontage on Quilliam Road and electric is available along a portion of the frontage.
