Turn north onto County Road 45 from US Hwy 278. If you are coming from Piedmont, Alabama, follow US Hwy 278 for about, CR 45 will be a left turn just shy of nine miles from the intersection with Hwy 9 in the town of Piedmont. If you are coming from Georgia, CR 45 will be a right turn about five and a half miles after crossing into Alabama. Follow CR 45 for just over a mile and a half, turn left onto CR 174. Follow CR 174 for just about a mile, the tract will be on the left.
