These quality tracts are located just 1.5 miles north of Aurelia, Iowa and are situated in Section 35 of Afton TWP and Section 2 of Pritcher Township. Excellent cash crop grain sale outlets are available in Aurelia, Alta, and soon to be state of the art soybean crushing plant in Storm Lake, IA. The farm is leased for the 2023 growing season. It will be an open lease for the 2024 operating year.
