Building #1 is the northeast building offering 65,739 SF of warehouse/manufacturing space and 9,550 SF of office space. Originally, this building was built in 1970, then enlarged and renovated over the next 30 years. Latest renovation included refit of offices and new roof in 2001. This is the main administrative and manufacturing building. None of the building is sprinklered and only the finished offices have HVAC, although the manufacturing areas have suspended gas fired heating units. Ceiling height ranges fro 14' to 21' there is a covered dock area and four loading docks, seven grade level overhead doors and a loading ramp. There are several portable wood buildings located throughout the warehouse area. These are portable structures on skids and provide for additional office area that is heated and cooled with window units.
Building #2 is the northwest building offering 30,240 SF of warehouse/manufacturing space and 1,084 SF of office space.
