Excellent facility for a professional office. CPA, attorney, physician. There are several rooms that can be used for a variety of tasks. Large reception area, conference room, executive office, exam rooms, three restrooms, kitchen w/ fridge. The HVAC and water heater are fairly new. The building has a 30-year shingle roof. There is room to put additional parking at the back of the building. There is a 12' x 8' storage building in the back. All in all, the facility seems to be in great shape.
