The poultry houses are 40x500’ built in 1996 (4) and 1998 (2) and are currently growing Perdue. Gross income was just over $270,000 in 2025. Target weight is 4.25 lbs on a 35 day grow out, growing 6-7 flocks per year. Historical poultry litter income has averaged an additional $8,000 annually. The farm will require some updates.
