The ranch is 1700+/- acres in size, located in Choctaw County, Oklahoma, with approximately 25-35 acres of it on the Texas side of the Red River. Swink is a 15 minute drive, Broken Bow is a 45 minute drive and Hochatown is a one hour drive from the ranch. It is a combination place well suited for wildlife and livestock. The owner currently only runs 25 cow/calf pair, but reports that the place will easily carry 100+ pair and typically harvests three cuttings of hay which usually produce about 500 (1200-1300 lb)round bales per season.
