Location and Access:

This tract is located southeast of Summerfield in Claiborne Parish. The tract has

excellent public road access along Hwy 2 Alt, which is the north line of the tract.

Features:

There are two timber stands on the tract. Stand 1 is a pre-merchantable

hardwood/pine stand established approximately in 2008. The stand is grown up in

pines, oak, sycamore, and brush. There is also a .6 acre pond located on the property
