Skyline Drive Tract #2 will be sold by lump sum sealed bid on May 30, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. Hickman Road (paved) and Skyline Drive (gravel) provide access to Tract #2. Approximately 104 acres contains a pine plantation established in 2005. This plantation was aerially sprayed with a Chopper mix and ripped prior to planting improved second generation loblolly pine. A two acre area contains a 1983 pine plantation. Four acres on the west is made up of a natural pine/hardwood stand. Approximately 29 acres were clear cut in early 2008.
