TRACT #1 DESCRIPTION: The East Side is comprised of 2,900+/- acres contiguous grass pasture. The fencing, almost 15 miles, are 4-5-wire cattle-tight in excellent condition. Boasting four windmills and a spring fed watering source, this property is situated for any operation including year-round grazing.
