1. A 5% buyers premium will be added to the high bid to arrive at the final sale price.
2. Bidding ends Monday, March 25th starting at 10:00 AM with a soft close, meaning that a bid in the final minute will extend bidding by 2 minutes on each lot.
3. All payments by Credit Card (3% service fee).
4. All items must be removed from the premises by Sunday, March 31st from 9 AM to Noon. No Exceptions!
5. All items have been represented to the best knowledge of both the seller and Auction Company.
6. Items are being sold As Is Where Is!
7. Must be 18 years old to bid.
8. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Trophy Properties and Auction, or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction.
9. All announcements made day of sale take precedence over prior advertising either written or oral.
