100 acres m/l, in two tracts make up nearly a mile and a half of frontage on the St. Francis River.
The main tract is approximately 80 acres and 1.25 miles of river frontage with slack water and timber. The north end of this tract has about 15 acres (noted in the pics) in an NRCS program. There were ducks on the property scattered through the woods and potholes when we walked the property. This is one awesome deer funnel too! It has little ridges and pinches...perfect ambush locations and some great bedding areas too.
The south tract is 20 acres and on the east side of the St. Francis. Its easily accessible by boat and a super sneaky spot to hunt as it beds deer feeding on the adjoining cropland.
This is really a great value for a recreational property with opportunity for successful hunts and great fishing.
