Tract Description: The Hollis Road North Tract is described as the SW of the SW of Section 26, Township 9 South, Range 10 West, Cleveland County, Arkansas, containing 40.41 acres, more or less. The tract is located about 7 miles southeast of downtown Rison, Arkansas. According to the NRCS Web Soil Survey the predominant soils are Boswell loam, Savannah very fine sandy loam, and Tippah silt loam which exhibit an average native site index of 80 feet (base age 50) for loblolly pine. There is a small (approximately 1/10th acre) pond on the south end of the property. The timber on the property consists of a mixed stand of natural pine and hardwood Timber. The property has been recently surveyed and all four boundaries are marked with boundary line paint (see attached map for boundary line paint colors). The property has approximately 1,100 feet of paved county road frontage on Hollis Road. Water and electricity are available on the property.
