Blackland Farm is 90 acres of rich farm ground located in Clarita, Oklahoma, just 1 mile east of Highway 48 and 90 minutes north of McKinney, TX. Rural water is near the southern end of the property and electric lines run along the 2000 feet of road frontage on the western boundary of the property. A small clump of trees is present on a mound near the southern end of the northern field. This shady spot might also make a nice homesite.
