Acreage
The property has frontage along both sides of Yellow Wolf Creek; the creek runs through the property from north to south. There are several pecan trees along the banks of the creek and other scattered hardwood trees. The remaining portions of the ranch have a cover of cedar and mesquite. The overall brush cover is pretty thick, which provides good cover for wildlife.

There are three water wells on the property. The house is well located north of the house. There is an additional well near the camp on the bank of the creek, there is power and a cellar at the camp. The remaining well is a windmill with a concrete reservoir and a water trough.
