Pynes Plantation is located an hour south of Charleston in a neighborhood of
historic plantations. They include White Hall, Julianton, Cockfield, Combahee,
Plum Hill, Bluff, Rose Hill, Cherokee and Myrtle Grove which adjoins Pynes.
These properties are a part of the ACE Basin, the largest estuarine wildlife
