The Douglas Quarry & Ranch is located outside of Douglas, Wyoming, in Converse County. The surface property consists of 1,331.44 deeded acres and is being offered as a turn-key operation with surface rights, permitted mining operation, and real estate. Currently operating on approximately 160 acres of the property, the Douglas Quarry produces a wide variety of aggregate products. With its excellent access to the Casper Formation, the Douglas Quarry has optimal conditions for mining high quality material through surface techniques.
