Current Use
The ranch is currently used for farming corn/hay and for cattle grazing.
Utilities
Water is delivered to the ranch from Bolivar Water Supply Corporation via a 2-inch waterline located on
the East side of CR 248, and power is provided by Conserve Electric Company.
Wildlife
Whitetail Deer, Dove, and Waterfowl are also seen on the ranch.
