BIDDER DEPOSIT: At the time of registration, you will be required to deliver a Bidder Deposit of $5,000 per property you plan to purchase either by physical check or E-check.
BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the high bid price to become the total Purchase Price.
ADDITIONAL DEPOSIT: Successful Bidders shall increase their deposit to 10% at the time and place of sale.
