This auction is being conducted on behalf of the Estate of June Abbott Lugar. Ms. Lugar inherited the property from her mother, Bertie Abbott, a well-known Craig County resident. The four remaining parcels have long frontage on Craig Creek and either Rt. 311 or Rt. 692, Berties Bottom Lane. There are four hunting cabins with electrical service.
