This will save you several months of waiting as well as nearly $6,000 for the home plans. This means you bring a builder of your own with these plans or use the builder who designed them at Tom Norton Custom Homes. Designing the interior finishes is completely your hands to negotiate with your builder and open for you to design to fit your specifications. The home is a single level home boasting with 3,138 SF. It has 4 bedrooms 2.5 baths and ample space for all your needs.
As you walk into this home you will enter through the open foyer and pass the half path and the study/office room that was designed to contain a Murphy bed for extra space for family to sleep.
