Historical hunting success on the land is outstanding, with harvest data showing 1,700 ducks bagged during the 2024-2025 season and 1,900 ducks harvested during the 2023-2024 season. The LAnguille River easily floods the landscape with minimal rainfall. Over the past six duck seasons, the farm has maintained flood conditions that kept every blind huntable throughout each season.
Additionally, located on the northwest corner, just south of County Road 210, it is an ideal site for constructing a hunting lodge. The property also offers excellent deer hunting for trophy bucks.
