Ousley Tract

This is an excellent farm tract in a great location not too far from the city of Hartsville, SC. There is some large hardwood trees around a small wet area that is attractive for wildlife and the open land provides an opportunity for farming or potentially for some development. There is also an area of longleaf pine that has had some cutting and chemical work done through it with the goal of cleaning it up for pine straw harvesting.
