Buyer(s) to receive 100% of the 2025 CRP payment as well as 100% of the 2025 row crop payment for the particular tract(s) that they purchase. The seller and or any lessees reserve the right to remove any personal property prior to closing. Any personal property items remaining on the property at the time of closing will become the property of the winning bidder, with the exception of the tenants equipment, etc.
