This is a good opportunity to buy a clean pasture with water in Davis County, IA located on Hwy 63 approximately 15 miles SW of Bloomfield Iowa and only one mile north of the Iowa Missouri state line. Directions: From Bloomfield travel west out of town on HWY 63 4.8 miles. Follow Hwy 63 south another 9.1 miles. Farm is located on the east side of Hwy 63. Signs are on property. Call Land Agent Cody Skinner or Clifford Martin for a private showing.
Farm Lease: There is currently a lease on the pasture until March 1, 2018. The buyer will have full possession to pasture acres for the 2018 grazing season. ( March 1, 2018 March 1, 2019 )
