Entering Eldon, Iowa from the northwest on Highway 16, turn right at the stop sign onto 25th Street and cross the Des Moines River. Then turn left onto River Road and follow it southeast along the river. Continue for approximately two miles to Warbler Blvd and turn right. Travel about one mile to the curve. Instead of following the curve, continue straight onto Wind Avenue. Go approximately one mile, and the property will be on the left (east) side of the gravel road.
