Mountain hunting property with splendid views of the North Fork Valley. This Game Management Unit 53 area is known for trophy mule deer bucks. At 7,600 ft. in elevation, this 366-acre mountain parcel is used for cattle grazing and hunting. Situated on the shoulder of Saddle Mountain, it looks across to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. Two natural springs give good water rights for a homesite. There are several good ones. On the southeast corner, there's a high bluff overlooking about 3/8 of a mile of the Clear Fork, beautiful mountain stream that flows through the parcel. Blue grouse, deer and elk love it here.
