Acreages in this advertisement are estimated. Both tracts will be sold on a price per acre basis with the results of a survey to determine the actual acreage and final settlement price. Tracts will be offered through the Buyers Choice marketing method, whereas the high bidder can purchase (in any order) either or both tracts for their high bid.
Ten percent (10%) down payment will be due on the day of the auction upon signing a written purchase agreement immediately following the close of the bidding. The balance to be paid at closing, which will be held within 30 days, on or before July 16, 2015. Real estate taxes will be prorated to the date of possession on the basis of the last available tax statement. Possession will be given at closing, subject to the current farm lease for 2015.
