The Floyd Davenport Trust Farmland Auction will give buyers an opportunity to purchase up to 959 acres of farmland in DeWitt County. This land it made up of mostly class A tillable farmland with a few small tracts with timber and recreational property. In addition, 3 tracts have wind energy agreement income and several tracts are located close to the town of Clinton Illinois. There are a total of 16 tracts available for purchase. This auction has something for every buyer.
The Seller will retain the 2021 crop income and pay all the 2021 crop expenses. Tenancy will be open for 2022. All tracts will be surveyed prior to auction and will be sold based upon surveyed acres.
