Tract 1: 3 1/2 miles south of Dickens Texas on Highway 70. Property is located on the east side of Highway 70, with CR 366 being the south boundary.

Tract 2: Just SW of Spur Texas with Ranch Road 2794 on the north boundary and County Road 427 on the east boundary.

Tract 3: Just SW of Spur Texas. From Spur, take Ranch Road 2794 south and west of Spur to FM 1081, then south on FM 1081 approximately 1 mile to the NW corner of Section 211. Section 184 lies directly south of this section. FM 1081 is the west boundary and Ranch Road 261 is the south boundary.

Tract 4: From Spur TX, approximately 3 miles south on Ranch Road 261 to the NE corner of property. RR 261 is the north boundary and CR 431 is the east boundary.

Tract 5: From Spur TX, approximately 3 miles south on Ranch Road 261 to curve in road, continue straight south on CR 431 for 1/2 mile to the NE corner of Tract 5.
