The property is currently leased on a 1/3rd 2/3rd crop share agreement. Possession can be granted after wheat harvest. The buyer will receive the owners share in the wheat crop and expenses. The buyer will be required to pay their share of expenses at the time of closing.
This property is currently enrolled in the Walk in Hunting program through the Kansas Department of Wildlife until 2032. The hunting period for this property is September 1- January 31.
