The remainder consists of good brush diversity. Brush species include guajillo, black brush, white brush, persimmon, guayacon, coma, granjeno, mesquite, prickley pear and several more. The native grasses and Buffel grass have flourished, and this place and no grazing has taken place in years.
WILDLIFE: This ranch offers great dove, quail, turkey and deer hunting. The deer herd has been managed very well; add that to good water and b rush and the results are large bulls. The quail are in abundance and due to past brush sculpting, they are very huntable. Dove and ducks can be hunted over the large and smaller tanks. Wildlife includes whitetail deer, turkey, deer, quail, javelina and hogs, plus there is great bass fishing in the large lake.
