Purchasing Details: There will be no Buyer's Premium charged. Bidding will be conducted on a per-acre basis, with the final bid multiplied by lot acreage to establish the total contract price. All bidders are required to obtain pre-approval from their lender, if financing is needed, before registering. A representative from the auction company will reach out to registered bidders to verify proof of funds or pre-approval. The winning bidder must sign a purchase contract by no later than 5pm (CST) on the date the auction closes. A 10% earnest money deposit is due within 24 hours of winning, with the balance payable in certified funds at closing. Closing will take place with Security 1st Title within 30 days of the auction date, with taxes prorated to that date. The Buyer and Sellers will equally share title and closing costs.
