This property will be sold to the highest bidder at a court-ordered live (on-site) auction. This property was formerly utilized as a vegetable produce operation, nursery, and row crop farm. The property has a very nice stocked lake developed with a silt pond and concrete overflow. There are gravel trails around the lake. The property also has a commercial produce warehouse with a store front, machine sheds, 6 hoophouse style greenhouses with heat and electricity, and 2 mobile homes.
The large warehouse is approx. 200 x 54 and is insulated, heated, and a concrete floor. It also includes a loading dock and an upstairs apartment and office area.
