The Perkins Creek 80 Tract is eighty acres of land with beautiful views outside Glendale, OR. County maintenance ends on Mt. Reuben Rd. just before starting the property, it makes access convenient with utilities at the county road. Zoning of the land is FF (Farm/Forest), buyer to do due diligence with Douglas County regarding all development potential. Wildlife in the area is abundant and includes deer, elk, bear, and turkey. Year-round, Perkins Creek flows through the land, and old logging roads remain and can be cleared for access to various portions of the property. Portions of the land were burned in the fires around four years ago. Surrounded on three sides by State and BLM land, this would make a great recreational or hunting property to escape to.
