Drew County Farm

1,040 Acres of improved, row crop farmland in Drew County Arkansas. The farm is 100% Irrigated farmland with 3 wells, 2 large re-lift stations, and 125 acres of reservoirs providing abundance of surface water for irrigation. The farm is equipped with a state of the art tailwater recovery system, that re captures 100% of the farms irrigation water as well as water from several other farms in the area. There is extensive underground pipe and risers to every field. Roughly 60% of the farm is precision laser leveled and the remaining 40% is row fall irrigated.

The soils types consist of all silt loam soils. The farm is 70% Calhoun silt loam, and the remaining 30% similar mixed silt loams.
