The improvements on this ranch consist of a small hunting cabin, 1 water well, multiple ponds areas, and a conex container. The improvements are modest and are ideal for an excellent recreational hunting property. Water:
Water is supplied by the electric water well that provides water to the camp area and both the ponds. The well also feeds the cistern and troughs near the camp. Underground water appears to be most commonly found between the depths of approximately 300-400 feet in this area with very soldi volumes.
Wildlife:
Wildlife in this area consist of White-Tailed Deer, Rio Grande LOTS OF TURKEY, and Feral Hogs. The bird hunting in this area can be excellent for Mourning and White-Wing Dove. The Bobwhite Quail in this area can also be excellent especially with the close proximity to the Sand Sheet Region of South Texas.
Habitat:
The habitat on this ranch consist of a mix of heavy South Texas brush with large Bull Mesquite Trees and open pastureland. Most of the brush on this ranch consist of Mesquite, Granjeno, as well as Huisache. Th slough area is known to hold water very well.

Electricity can be found adjacent to the camp.
Topography:
The ranch is predominately flat and has about 20-25 feet of elevation change throughout. Most of the relief is on the northern side toward the slough area.
